- A. No. Simply arrange your requirement with us.
- Q. How long has Sparkles been trading?
- A. We started in September 1989.
- Q. Are you properly insured?
- A. Yes we are. £2,000,000 Public and £10,000,000 Employer’s Liability.
- Q. Does Sparkles supply the cleaning materials?
- A. Yes we do. We bring our own consumables and equipment.
- Q. Can I lodge my house keys with Sparkles if I need to?
- A. Yes you can. We have a secure area for key storage.
- Q. Who chooses which day of the week for my cleaning visit?
- A. You do!
- Q. How do I make my payment?
- A. Either by cheque or cash on the day. Or by monthly account.
- Q. What are your office opening times?
- A. Our office is open from 9.00am until 9.00pm Monday to Friday. If we are not in the office to receive your call personally, you are invited to leave a message on our voice-mail, or if your call is urgent then a mobile number will be given.
